Cygnet Lodge and Corradillar Cottages provide superb self catering holiday accommodation on the shores of Upper Lough Erne in Co Fermanagh, Northern Ireland.

These charming vacation rental homes are beautifully furnished throughout and offer guests every comfort. Accommodation for 8 people is provided in 4 bedrooms, in each property.

Cygnet Lodge
Downstairs has a utility room, W.C., spacious open plan kitchen, dining area, lounge with open fire and one ground floor double bedroom with ensuite. Upstairs there are a further three bedrooms, two of which are ensuite, as well as a bathroom with shower over bath.

Corradillar Cottages
Offer a large open plan dining area with open fire and well-equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor are the utility room and a double bedroom.
Upstairs are the master bedroom and a further two twin rooms.
Each house has an en-suite off the master bedroom and a bathroom with shower over bath and a further shower room.
In some houses the bathroom is on the ground floor and the shower room upstairs, in others the shower room is on the ground floor and the bathroom upstairs.

Facilities in all the houses include full central heating, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, patio, spacious lawned gardens and private parking for cars. A cot and high chair are available on request. All bed linen and towels are supplied. Well behaved pets are welcome.

Temporary membership of the indoor leisure pool complex, at the nearby Share Holiday Village, can be arranged for visitors, at an additional cost. A range of outdoor activities can also be booked there.

Cygnet Lodge is 3 miles from the villages of Lisnaskea and Derrylin. Corradillar Cottages are ½ mile away beside Corradillar Quay and slipway which is an excellent place to launch a boat for visitors bringing their own craft to the lakes.

Close by are the National Trust properties of Crom and Florencecourt and the famous Marble Arch Caves. Enniskillen offers a wide selection of shops, a Theatre and The Castle Museum.

Holiday Periods Three Nights

The above fees include:

• Accommodation for up to 8 people, plus a toddler using a cot which is available in each property, a high chair is also provided.
• All bed linen, towels, central heating, & electric. In addition the properties are equipped with basics such as salt & pepper, dishwasher tablets, tinfoil etc, and have a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV and CD players.
• Additional people may be accommodated with the owner’s permission. A charge of £20 per extra person per weekend booking, and £50 per extra person for a week long reservation is payable. An additional mattress and set of bed linen is available to accommodate extra people.

Pets
Well behaved pets are welcome. You are advised to bring a pet basket with bedding and a throw to protect furniture if necessary.

Any additional cleaning, of pet hairs, walls covered in dirt from dogs shaking etc. will necessitate an additional cleaning fee of £30 at the end of your stay.

Deposit
A deposit of £100 is required on arrival, which will be returned at the end of the hire period, subject to satisfactory inspection of the property, on the day of departure .

Other Facilities
The properties are located in extensive grounds which lead to the lakeshore, and are equipped with patio furniture and a barbeque for your use.

A supply of logs can be arranged for a small fee, of £2.00 if you wish to light the open fire in Cygnet or stoves in Corradillar in winter.

All properties have a private jetty for lake access or fishing from. If you wish to bring a boat with you the nearest slip is at Corradillar, ½ a mile from Cygnet Lodge and 300m from Corradillar cottages.

In addition all properties have access to a wooden shed for storage of bicycles etc.

Fishing boat and canoe rental available on site, we recomend if you require use of a fishing boat & engine for the duration of your stay, you reserve in advance to secure availablity or these can be booked on a daily basis.

Arrival & Departure Details
The normal arrival time is 4pm, with a departure of 10.30 am if the property is being used immediately before or after your stay. We ask for assistance in adhering to these times to allow for cleaning.

However out of the main holiday season, if the property is vacant prior to, or after your departure the owner is very happy for you to alter the arrival or departure times by previous arrangement.
